No returns and no exchange

 

We take all the precautions to make sure the items are sent in well-shipped packages. If your package(s) arrives damaged, inspect it carefully, as wear and tear to the outside packages normally occurred during shipping. If the items are also damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours after receiving it to evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • We have a 7-day notice policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to notify us of any issues.
    • All requests must be made within 7 days after receiving your items. To start the process, you can contact us at support@evnailshops.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
      • To expedite your request, please include your order number, detailed pictures of the product from multiple angles, and the name of the products.
