Refund Policy

  • We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • All requests for returns and exchanges must be made within 7 days after receiving your items. To start a return, you can contact us at support@evnailshops.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received, unopened and unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • If approved, you will have 30 days to return your items. If we don't receive your items after 30 days, your return is considered forfeited and ineligible to receive the refund.
  • To expedite your request, please include your order number, detailed pictures of the product from multiple angles, and the name of the products*
  • You will be responsible for freight and shipping costs to return and to re-ship the items.
  • EV Nail Shop is responsible for shipping costs on defective items only.

    Damages and issues


    We take all the precautions to make sure the items are sent in well-shipped packages. If your package(s) arrives damaged, inspect it carefully, as wear and tear to the outside packages normally occurred during shipping. If the items are also damaged or receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours after receiving it to evaluate the issue and make it right.


    Exceptions / non-returnable items


    • Certain items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as our pinched Kolinsky brushes, Custom Blends), and Liquid Monomer. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
    • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refund on gift cards or clearance items and items on sale during any promotional period as stocks are limited.


    Exchanges


    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


      Refunds


      We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

        • Refunds and exchanges are only available for products purchased from EVNail Shop's official website.
        • You will be responsible for the condition of your returned items.
        • Shipping fees are not refundable.
        • A $3.00 restocking fees will be applied to non-damaged returns
